The PublicEarth API

We’ve created a new set of API calls that comply more with REST standards, and are wrapped by both standard HTTP Basic authentication and OAuth two-legged and three-legged authentication. The new API is still in beta, and more and more documentation will appear here as the API is tested for accuracy and correctness. Please be patient.

API V1

If you were one of our early beta testers, you likely used the first version of our API (using our developer keys). That API has been deprecated in favor of OAuth and user authentication. The documentation for that API is still available at http://api.publicearth.com/v1docs/rest/index.html.
